Legion. What can I say except it was one of the worst movies of all time.

Let's add it up ...

Dialogue: Shitty.
Acting: Sub-par.
Plot: What plot?
Special Effects: Not bad at all!
Sets: Old Diner, Trailer and Rooftop ... yet they still managed to fuck it up.
Casting: I think this must have counted as Comunity Service for their parole, that's the only explanation.
